Have been googling for some time but I haven’t really notice or done some reasearch about the upcoming Beijing Olympics this year. But, Google changed their logo in relation with the event. Here’s a snapshot of the image:

So much more, I have nothingto discuss about the event. However, I just liked the new logo that Google occasionally displays most of the time. Though, happy searching about the Beijing Olympics this 2008.

Wordpress Database Backup

Since I’ve been inactive on the recent week, I just got a plug-in installed called “Wordpress Database Backup” which do lets me create a backup of my core Wordpress tables as well as other table of my choice in the same database. Just incase my blog experienced certain errors without my knowledge, atleast I do have a backup of my current up-to-date database. Social networking has been an interest to Filipino people ranging to youngsters, teenagers, adolescents and even adults. Likewise with professionals like business owners, government officials and other professions. Due to the massive increase of users that each social network gets daily, people gets easily tempted to sell goods, offer services and be heard or relate with others.

Citing some examples would be online sellers, majority of the Multiply users that I’m seeing are selling goods especially glamors or fashion-related items on certain groups. While on Friendster, I’ve been seeing senators and government officials on the lose. Waaahhh!!! I don’t know on how should I react on it, but looking on a brighter side of it. Eraserheads Reunion Concert 2008

The Eraserheads was said to have a reunion concert which was sponsored by Marlboro and according to certain sources, Php10,000,000.00 (ten million pesos) was invested to make this 45-minute big event possible. Now, here’s the catch for people underaged also called as “minors” or people belonging to the age bracket 17 years old below (that includes me): Minors aren’t allowed to attend the said event that will happen on the CCP Open Grounds on the 30th of August, 2008. Wondering why? Well, according to what I’ve heard on the news (particularly on GMA7). It’s one of their safety measures or precautions, to prevent minors getting harmed or bullied on the event, since it would be a really big event as for them.

If you haven’t grabbed a ticket yet, visit this website and start registering (link). And be included on the so-called “red list”. Remember, only persons who are 18 years old and above are allowed to register, also, please do prepare a scanned image of any valid ID’s (Driver’s license, passport etc.) which will serve as a proof that you’re already above 18.

The upcoming Wordcamp 2008 is here, it would be held some time around the first week of September, maybe on the sixth day of the month (Sept 06). Now, I just became a part of the event.

Wordpress 2.6 - Code Tyner

I’ve been quite outdated with some news and releases on the internet since I’ve been spending more time traveling and at doing stuffs at school. Now, I just attempted to upgrade to this Wordpress 2.6 - Code Tyner days ago but accidentally messed up with the database. Frosh Week at MAPUA

Classes hasn’t officially started since we’re still having the so-called “Frosh Week” at MAPUA Institute of Technology, wherein freshman’s who enrolled for the current term can grab the chance to meet upper-classes through organizations and be-known through certain activities and gigs that the others have prepared.

This date might be the end of the event, since it would be our second week tomorrow. Gotta start studying in advance for a purpose.

Dad brought a digital camera home which he bought in Saudi Arabia where he formerly worked. Now, I was surprised with that, and wanted to share on what I think of it. First of all, let’s go on it’s features and specifications:

3.5″ touch-screen control system

That’s some of what the camera has to boast. Wondering if I have some sample shots? Well, I do made some.

Well, I would like to thank dad. Though, I really wanted a DSLR camera. I guess, it’s not still the time to rant about that. Rather, I’m still getting started to get happy with this device.
