According to Wordpress.org “Thomas Mackenzie alerted them about the problem where logged in users can peek at trashed posts belonging to other authors. If you have untrusted users signed up on your blog and sensitive posts in the trash, you should upgrade to 2.9.2. As always, you can visit the Tools >Upgrade menu to upgrade.”
If your have a blog/site which has only an Administrator i.e. you, without any registered users, this upgrade is not necessary. On January 4, 2010 Wordpress 2.9.1 got released and today on Feb 15th 2010 WP 2.9.2, Within the end of August bloggers can expect Wordpress 3.0 which will have lot more options than a normal Blog!

You might have noticed at the top navigation bar that I’ve added a new page onto the blog: The contact page. Alright, it’s just a simple plug-in yet too functional for almost any beginner and advanced users.
No more headaches on codings and everything, simply install the plug-in and copy and paste the code to whatever location you might like to see it. Whether at the end of a post, a new page (just like what I did) or elsewhere with-in the domain. Read More…

This morning, I was able to encounter some log-in problems here at this Wordpress blog. I tried re-installing the core using WP.2.8.1 – but suddenly, I noticed that there was a new version released, Wordpress 2.8.2! So, I hurried up downloading and installed it onto the blog and now, I’m glad to announce that my problem was already fixed and at the same time, I was able to update the core successfully.
