Adding Feeds in vBulletin?

A webmaster IMed me about how to do it, I made a simple Google Search about it since I’m still a newbie on the script so I searched and read around hundreds of words from different sources.
I’m now starting to be dizzy and will take a rest later-on. 
So, about the topic: The default RSS Feed URL would be: http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/external.php?type=RSS
